    冷凝锅炉的关键在于冷凝技术,是一种新型节能、环保的技术;它的原理并不复杂,简单的概括就是通过对烟气冷凝回收烟气中的热能。传统锅炉中,排烟温度一般在160~250℃,甚至更高,使得燃料燃烧时产生的水(例如天然气:CH4+2O2→CO2+2H2O)在烟气中处于过热状态的水蒸汽,随烟气从烟囱中流失。传统锅炉热效率一般只能达到85%~91%。而冷凝燃气锅炉,它把排烟温度降低到50~70℃,充分回收了烟气中的显热和水蒸汽的凝结潜热,热效率大幅提高。
